Pam
Christian, Owner of Success Center for Learning,
attended Paris Junior College before entering Stephen
F. Austin State University where she received her B.Ed.
degree. She then graduated from East Texas State University
with a M.Ed. degree in supervision and curriculum. She
has taught math, elementary school, middle school gifted/talented
and high school reading. She also served as an administrator
with the Paris I.S.D. for ten years. Pam has two children-Trase
and Mally. She enjoys spending time with her family,
reading, riding her motor tryke and snow skiing. She
and her family attend First United Methodist Church. |

Patty
Echols,
Assistant Director-Instruction at Success Center for
Learning, attended Paris Jr. College and received her
B.S. degree in mathematics from Texas A&M at Commerce.
She was a teacher/Lab tutor in the Learning Skills Department
at PJC. She is married to Lance Echols, and they have
one son, Dalton. Her hobbies include cooking, spending
time with her family, and church activities. |

Wendy
Dougherty,
In-School Director at Success Center, is a graduate
of Paris Junior College, Texas Tech University and East
Texas University. She has her B.S. and M.S. degrees.
She also has School Counselor Certification. She has
taught Algebra, Geometry, Science, and Computer Science.
She is married to Mike Dougherty, and they have two
children, Beth Ann and Ryan. In her spare time, Wendy
enjoys playing the piano, cooking and working on her
house. |

Travis Dodd teaches Math at Success Center. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from East Texas State University. He is currently teaching Exit-Level Math TAKS at Paris High School. Travis has been employed by PISD for 19 years. Travis is married to Connie Dodd, who teaches English at PHS and is also a part-time teacher at Success Center. They have a son, Philip, who also aspires to teach.

Karen
Baker
has an Associates in Arts degree from Carl Albert State
College and both a B.S. in Elementary Education and
Masters in Reading from Southeastern Oklahoma State
University. She has taught 3-year-olds for the Lamar
County Head Start program since 1995. Prior to that,
she taught at the Choctaw Nation Head Start program
for two years. Currently, Karen is the librarian at
Bailey Intermediate School at North Lamar.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading. |

Ruth
Lestock received a BA
and MA from Valparaiso University and Western Michigan
University. In addition to her teaching duties at Success
Center, Ruth is the SAT/ACT and College Prep Coordinator.
Her teaching experiences include East Texas Literacy
Council, Kilgore College, McLennan Community College
Adult Education, and Paris Junior College Adult Education.
She has two children - Emily Ransom and Alex Lestock.
Hobbies include bird watching, reading, gardening, and
walking her dog. |

Ralphann
Moffitt,
Accountant for the Success Center, is a retired Business,
and Drama High School teacher with 36 years teaching
experience at Grant, Oklahoma; Detroit, Texas; and North
Lamar in Paris, where she spent 22 years. After attending
Paris Jr. College, she received her BS degree in Speech
and Business Education from Southeastern Oklahoma University
and her MEd degree in Vocational Business/Office Education
from East Texas State University. She currently teaches
part-time at Texas A&M-Commerce and is married to
retired Coach/Administrator Thomas Moffitt. They have
two children, Michael and Melanie and four grandchildren,
Michaela, Jordan, Justin, and Allyson. She enjoys playing
with her grandchildren, traveling, Musical and Drama
productions, crossword puzzles, church activities, and
shopping. |

Debbie
Moore, who has a MEd degree, teaches at North
Lamar ISD's Everett Elementary. She has four children
and enjoys camping, jet-skis, and being with family
and friends. |

Karen
Draeger works in the Success Center Lab at
Justiss Elementary School and at Success Center. Past
experiences include special education, self-contained
classes, parent teacher, and early childhood. She earned
a BS in Business and Accounting. She has three children
and two grandsons. Hobbies include arts and crafts,
flowers, camping, swimming and cooking. |

Alva Mason received her B.S. in Mathematics from Texas A & M-Commerce. She currently teaches at Paris High School in addition to adjunct teaching at Paris Jr. College. In 2007, Alva was selected as the Region 8 Teacher of the Year. She enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her family and has a daughter who attends the University of North Texas. |

Ann
Kuebler
has a B.A. in biology and a minor in chemistry from
Texas A&M University, College Station. She has
previously taught biology at North Lamar High School
and was voted NLHS Teacher of the Year 2002. She is
married to Kevin Kuebler, and they have two children,
William and Caroline. Interests include reading, bird
watching, and church activities. |

Nelda
Zamir teaches Spanish at Success Center.
Currently a Bilingual Teacher at Justiss Elementary
School in the Paris I.S.D, Nelda has taught high school
Spanish and ESL. She received her B.A. degree
and Principal Certification from Texas A&M-Commerce
and her M.A. degree from the University of North Texas. |

Virginia
Bolton obtained her B.S.-Elementary Education
and M.Ed. degrees from Texas A&M-Commerce (formerly
East Texas State University.) She went on to
receive her Professional Mid-Management Certification
and Professional Superintendent Certification from
that university. She retired from public school
in 2000 with 33 years of experience after serving
as a principal, assistant principal and classroom
teacher. Virginia previously worked for Success
Center for about 3 years and just recently returned.
She and her husband, Charles (Sonny), have three grown
children. |

Fran Neeley
has a B.S. in Education and a M.S in Science Education.
She attended Paris Jr. College; Oklahoma Christian College;
Eastern Oklahoma State; Southeastern Oklahoma State
University; Eastern Michigan University; Oklahoma State
University; and Texas A&M University. She
is retired from teaching full-time, having
taught in several school districts, most recently in
the Paris I.S.D. She has one son, Perry,
and one daughter, Nancy. In her spare time, she
enjoys reading, travel, needlework, and playing with
her dog, Gracie.

Renee Wright
attended Paris Jr. College, Texas Tech University, and East
Texas State University. She has a BBA in
Accounting and teaches full-time at Crockett Middle
School. She is married to Johnny Wright, and they
two children: Jonee and John, both maarried. She
enjoys swimming, reading, and traveling.

Connie Dodd,
A graduate of East Texas State University, Connie Dodd
has B.A. and M.A. degrees in English. She also attended
Paris Jr. College. She has taught in the Paris ISD for
the past 36 years and is currently teaching there part-time.
In 1996, Connie was named the Secondary Teacher of the
Year for PISD and then went on to be named the Region
VIII Teacher of the Year. She is married to Travis Dodd,
and they have one son, Philip. Connie enjoys reading,
traveling, and geneology. |

Donna Perry is the Office Manager at Success Center. She attended Paris Jr. College and received a Certificate in Women's Business Management. Donna has two children, Alicia and Jeffrey, and is a grandmother to five grandchildren. In her spare time, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, cooking out, camping, traveling, and riding her motorcycle. She is active in the College Church of Christ and the Paris Founders Lions Club.

Paula Welch attended the Denison Business College and is currently a student at Paris Junior College. She plans to become a certified early childhood teacher with a special education certification. She has been an instructional assistant at Justiss Elementary School for the past twelve years. She has two sons. In her spare time, Paula enjoys reading and outdoor activities. |

Allison Cain received her B.S. in Elementary Education from Texas A&M-Commerce after attending Paris Jr. College. She taught 4th grade for five years and currently teaches 4th grade math at Aikin Elementary School. She is married to Jay Cain and enjoys vacations, cruises, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. |

Amelia Frierson received her B.S. Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Special Education from Texas A&M University-College Station. She also received her Masters Degree in Psychology with specializations in teaching bilingual and special education as well as Principal's Certification. She has taught 6th grade math for 3 years at Crockett Middle School; PK-5 special education at Parker Elementary School for 4 years and special education at Spring Shadows Elementary for 2 years. She and husband Matt Frierson have 3 children: Sidney, Mazy, and Grant. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. |

Wadonna Cherry received her B.A. degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. After teaching two years in Nacogdoches, she moved to Paris where she has taught in the Paris I.S.D. for the past 15 years. She is married to Roosevelt Cherry, Jr. and has two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family. |

Ruth Roden has a B.S. degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Math from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She also has a Master's Degree in Math Education from the Universirty of Houston-University Park. Ruth taught 24 years in Goose Creek CISD and one year at St. Joseph Catholic School in Baytown. She is married to Tom Roden and has two daughters and one son. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and swimming.
